What great fun with this wine!!
It did give us that wonderful ammonia aroma that we all question.
Yes we have to remember that one of the great characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc is
CAT PEE! ( or did we forget)

It does have delicate tropical fruit and floral aromas combines with hints of anise.

We enjoyed this with our sun dried tomatoes, marinated mushrooms
and
black olives.

As we all know food and wine are what makes the world go round!!
