Altozano
What great fun with this wine!!
It did give us that wonderful ammonia aroma that we all question.
Yes we have to remember that one of the great characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc is
CAT PEE! ( or did we forget)
It does have delicate tropical fruit and floral aromas combines with hints of anise.
We enjoyed this with our sun dried tomatoes, marinated mushrooms
and
black olives.

Domine de Eguren Protocola
A simple fruity light dry white wine from Spain.It is imported by Jorge Ordonez. ( Do you now who he is?)
It has brilliant yellow colors with a hint of greenish hues. Yes it does!
Look closely at the meniscus!!

Cava Pere Ventura
This was great with our Raspberry Almond wine wafers.
That great sparkle with a hint of sweet and the great almond flavor.
HOW CAN ANYONE RESIST GREAT TASTE!!
On Sunday our daughter created White Peach Mimosa using this Cava for the Sparkling wine.
It was great!
She felt that she needed to work on the white peach puree but we thought it was great!
