Valentine's Day made sweeter with chocolate


To celebrate Valentine's Day this year, we hosted a Valentie's Day wine and chocolate pairing event at our N. Ridge Road location. We served four red wines from Nice Legs, LLC, and chocolates from DeRochonnet Delights. Here are some pairing tips:

  • With Klee Pinot Noir, we served milk chocolate with hazelnuts...
  • With Boomtown Syrah from Dusted Valley Vintners, we served dark chocolate with raspberries...
  • With Panacea Wine Company Cabernet Sauvignon, we served dark chocolate...
  • With Cass Winery Late Harvest Cabernet Franc, we served dark chocolate with orange...
